Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in the foyer area near the Banquet Hall at the UWA Club. Registration will commence for the Conference at 7.45am. Registration will commence for the WA Web Awards at 6.45pm. The Conference Registration Desk will be staffed for enquiries from 7.45 to 4.30pm.

Cancellation and Refunds

Registration Fees: - Cancellation for the Conference, Workshops and WA Web Awards must be advised in writing (fax and email accepted). However substitutions are accepted and must also be advised in writing. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received. The following cancellation and refunds policy applies:

Communication

Registered delegates will receive confirmation of their registration via email or by fax (if an email address is not provided). If you register and do not receive a confirmation either by email or fax within 5 working days please contact the Conference Organisers by phone on (08) 9389 1488 or by email events@redhorizonevents.com.au

Payment Policy

• Early Bird rates only apply up to the stated date as received (online, fax or by mail) by Red Horizon Events the conference organiser.
• All delegates are required to pay their registration fees prior to attending the conference.
• Electronic Funds transfer payments are not accepted.
• Registration fees may be paid by Mastercard Or Visa.

Dietary Requirements

We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements for the conference lunch or for the WA Web Awards dinner. Delegates with special dietary needs must advise Red Horizon Events at the time of registration otherwise we can not guarantee that your needs will be accommodated for.
